Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

At cv99o, we believe that gaming should always be an enjoyable and controlled experience. As Bangladesh's trusted online gaming platform, we take our responsibility to players seriously — and that means going beyond entertainment to ensure every user has the tools they need to stay in charge of their habits.

Gambling is a form of entertainment — not a reliable income source or a way to solve financial difficulties. Whether you enjoy cricket betting during BPL season, spin the slots, or try your luck at the live casino tables, it is essential to set clear boundaries for yourself before you begin. Setting a budget, playing within your means, and knowing when to stop are the foundations of healthy gaming.

cv99o actively promotes a safe gaming environment across all of Bangladesh — from Dhaka and Chittagong to Sylhet, Rajshahi, and beyond. We encourage every player to use our available protective features and to seek help early if gambling habits start to feel unmanageable.

Recognizing Problem Gambling

Gambling becomes a problem when it is no longer fun and starts to affect your daily life, finances, or relationships. Watch for these warning signs:

  • Spending more money than you can afford to lose on games or bets
  • Chasing losses — betting more to recover money already lost
  • Neglecting work, family responsibilities, or personal health due to gambling sessions
  • Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when not gaming
  • Borrowing money or selling possessions specifically to fund gambling activity
Important Reminder Gambling should be viewed purely as entertainment. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose, and never use gambling as a way to deal with stress, depression, or financial problems. If you feel you need to talk to someone, our support team is here for you 24/7.
